Egypt is arguably one of the most fascinating countries in the entire world. Home to one of the earliest and greatest civilizations, famed for it's millennia-old monuments and colossal pyramids, the site of numerous world wonders, and a country renowned for it's deserts, rivers, and beaches--Egypt is a treasure trove of both natural and man-made antiquities. On this 3-day adventure you'll visit palace gardens and ancient underground catacombs, take a food tour through Cairo, and ride a felucca (local traditional boat) down the Nile. You'll visit the ancient mediterranean city of Alexandria (founded by Alexander the Great around 331 BC), and explore sites like the Monasteries of Wadi Nature, Fort Qaitbay, Pompey's Pillar, and the Alexandria Library. A local guide will be there to help you navigate and make the most out of your time at each site.
